Packages: Price is based on the number of players – if the group size changes so may the package price. Price is per person and includes green fees, carts, lodging & taxes. No hidden surprises!
Deposits: Lodging and tee times are based on availability. A $50.00 deposit per person is required to reserve& confirm lodging & tee times - balance of package price is due 30 calendar days prior to arrival. Condos & villa rentals require a valid credit card on file in the event of intentional damages.
Payment: We accept VISA & MasterCard & offer a cash discount on packages that are paid by check. Please make and mail checks to Golf Escapes, Inc., PO Box 2507, Southern Pines NC 28388
Package Cancellations & Changes: An entire group package may be cancelled, prior to 14 days of arrival with a $10.00 per player service charge. Individual player cancellations on or after the 14th day prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of player’s deposit. Refunds for the remainder will be made if GEI is not charged for rounds or lodging (see refund policy).
Refunds & Credits: Will be issued after verification of monthly course & lodging billings, after the 10th of the month following your trip. All refunds will be made by GEI company check.
Rain Checks & Inclement Weather Policy: Golf Escapes does not issue rain checks. Courses set their own policies and you’re responsible to contact the courses before your tee time on the day of play. If play is cancelled, a refund will be issued only if we are not charged for your rounds.
Dress Code: Denim is never allowed. Men: collared shirts with sleeves, Bermuda shorts or hemmed slacks. Ladies: golf shirts, may be sleeveless & collarless, with Bermuda shorts, skirts, skorts or slacks. Each player must have their own set of clubs!
Damages & Losses: Sometimes accidents happen - please report them as soon as possible. Normally, they are accepted as part of doing business but ultimately the group leader is responsible for damages or losses.
